"RAM" Prefix Code
To provide lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, RAM is made of marine grade Aluminium with a black powder coated finish, stainless steel hardware and 'rubber balls' - 'RAM' products are stiffer and stronger than their 'RAP' variants and typically used in more rugged applications.
"RAP" Prefix Code
Many of our 'RAM' products are available in a 'RAP' - composite variant. Our composite 'RAP' products are generally designed for lighter duty applications where keeping the weight of the mount low is a priority.

B Size - Action Cameras, Phones and Small Tablets
C Size - Medium - Large Tablets in Heavier Duty Applications
D Size - Heavy and Rugged Tablets and Laptops in Commercial Applications

The RAM® Form-Fit Powered Dock for Zebra TC70, 72, 75 & 77 (RAM-HOL-ZE7-2U) is a spring-loaded cradle with stylus holder that allows you to secure your Zebra TC70, TC72, TC75, or TC77 with or without the Zebra Handstrap accessory. The cradle is compatible with RAM® two-hole AMPS pattern diamond bases that will connect to B and C size ball mounts, allowing for a wide variety of mounting options (hardware included). Compatible charging options for this cradle include the RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V7BU for hardwire applications or the RAM-POW-CIG-M55 cigarette charger.
